MI 11X 5G - Everything you need to know

Xiaomi's Mi 11X is the cheapest of the Mi 11 family's three new versions. It's a little cheaper than the Mi 10T, but it comes with a slew of new features, the most notable of which is the Qualcomm Snapdragon 870 SoC, which is just one step below the current flagship level. With a starting price of Rs. 29,999, this phone could provide a lot of bang for your buck - as long as you don't require every available premium feature. While some phones these days focus solely on photography or battery performance at the expense of all else, and others attempt to be well-balanced all-rounders, the Mi 11X is all about its processor.

However, the Mi 11X has several other outstanding qualities, including its display and design. So, who is this going to appeal to? Gamers make up a sizable market, and given that specialist, gaming phones are frequently bigger and more expensive, this strategy should appeal to a large number of individuals. Read on if you're not sure if the Mi 11X is perfect for you.

The Mi 11X has a surprisingly simple design, with no extravagant flourishes or over-the-top branding components like we've seen on some of the competitors recently. The camera module on the back is noticeable but not very eye-catching, and even with its two-step design, it doesn't protrude much. The frame is somewhat flattened on the top and bottom, and bulges on the right where the power and volume keys are encased, just like the Redmi Note 10 series.

celestial silver appears to be a faint gradient finish, while cosmic black and frosty white are rather simple. as soon as I started using it, my black device gathered up a lot of smudges and fingerprints. the back panel is highly reflective, but not overly slick or slippery.

with a 6.67-inch screen, this phone is quite tall and wide, but at 7.8mm and 196g, it is reasonably typical in terms of thickness and weight. the front camera hole is quite small, as we saw on the redmi note 10 pro max (review), but it is unfortunately covered by a silver ring, which may be very distracting. On the top, there's a speaker grille for dual sound and Xiaomi's signature infrared emitter. My right thumb instinctively rested on the power button on the right, which includes an embedded fingerprint sensor. The volume controls are located above it. A twin Nano-SIM tray, a USB Type-C port, and the primary speaker are all found on the bottom. A Type-C to 3.5mm audio adapter, as well as a transparent plastic case, the 33W charger, and a USB cable, all included in the box.

The Xiaomi Mi 11X's display is full-on with exceptional filling. Xiaomi has sprinkled 1300nits of peak brightness and DCI-P3 100 percent Color Gamut on the Xiaomi Mi 11X display, allowing you to tailor your display to your liking. In addition, the display is a 6.67-inch AMOLED display with Full HD+ quality.

One of the most important features is the 120Hz refresh rate, which ensures a smooth experience. The smartphone display also supports HDR10+, 360Hz touch sampling rate, sunshine display 3.0, SGS eye care, and a variety of other features. Corning Gorilla Glass 5 protects it, though it should have been Victus.

Liquid cooling technology 1.0, X55 Modem for lightning-fast 5G connectivity, and the powerful Qualcomm Snapdragon 870 chipset, get ready for the gaming supergiant from the Xiaomi brand.

Xiaomi Mi 11X is meant to elevate the gaming performance of the users with these specs along with Adreno 650 GPU and other specs including LPDDR5 8GB RAM and UFS3.1 256GB internal storage. It runs on MIUI 12 based on Android 11. The sound quality is enhanced by the addition of the Dolby Atmos Dual-Speaker system.

A triple-rear camera array has been put here, as well as a 20MP front selfie camera. In terms of the rear camera, it has a 48MP primary sensor, an 8MP ultra-wide sensor, and a 5MP macro sensor. Don't anticipate spectacular photography from the main camera. The macro camera, on the other hand, is of excellent quality. The only feature lacking from the back camera system is OIS stabilization, while EIS is included. The 20MP selfie, on the other hand, will come in handy for great shots. With the back camera, you can record 4K videos.

The Xiaomi Mi 11X is powered by a 4520 mAh battery, albeit a 5000 mAh battery would be preferable. There is a 33W fast-charging capability for a speedy charge, and the battery will last for 7 to 8 hours with moderate use and many gaming sessions. There is a Type-C charging port included with the device for connecting the charger.

The Xiaomi Mi 11X is available in two colors. The standard model costs Rs. 29,999 and comes with 6GB of RAM and 128GB of storage, but you can upgrade to a model with 8GB of RAM and the same amount of storage for Rs. 31,999. You might save up to Rs. 3,500 depending on the bank you select. With only Rs. 2,000 separating the two types, the more expensive one appears to make a lot more sense. Although the cheaper beginning price may appeal to some, considering the high-end processor, it makes sense to invest a little more for the increased future-proofing. The phone will be sold on Mi.com and Amazon, as well as in Xiaomi's own retail stores and other offline locations.

Along with the Mi 11X, Xiaomi also released the Mi 11X Pro, which has the same body like the Mi 11X and is priced at Rs. 39,999. The Snapdragon 888 SoC and a 108-megapixel main rear camera are new to this edition, but the screen, battery, and other characteristics remain the same. The same three colors are available on both phones: Cosmic Black, Frosty White, and Celestial Silver.

In different regions, Xiaomi uses different branding and positioning methods, therefore the Mi 11X might be sold as the Redmi K40 or the Poco F3. There may be subtle variations to suit each market, but they all appear to be from the same mold, so don't be fooled by references of these other names on the internet.
